Yes – this year we have taken feedback on board and the present a child receives will be appropriate to the child’s age. As a result we are asking you to give the age of your child/children when you book tickets
Are tickets refundable
If for any reason the event is unable to go ahead refunds would be issued automatically and there will be no need to contact us as it is an automatic process.
If this event can go ahead tickets will not be refundable UNLESS Refund Protection is purchased at the time of booking. Please note this cannot be added onto a booking after the event so please do take care to add it during the checkout process. Please note that we sell the time slot so if someone is unable to attend then we are unable to offer partial refunds.
Can I add additional tickets to my booking

Can I book 1 adult ticket for session for children over 5
You can book 1 ticket but due to the ticket set up it is set to a minimum of 2 so if you only need 1 please contact our Head of Events Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com who will be able to help – we have a minimum of 2 full price tickets per session and a minimum of 3 for the 23rd December and Christmas Eve
Can I book over the phone
You can book over the phone by calling Ticketsource directly on 0300 666 4466 but there may be an additional booking fee
Can I bring a child under 5 to a session for children aged 5 and over
Children under 5 are only permitted entry to the sessions aimed at older children as part of a family group which includes older children
For example you can bring a 6 year old and a 3 year old but you are not permitted to bring a 2 year old and a 3 year old to a session aimed at children over 5

Can I bring a pushchair
Pushchairs/prams cannot be accommodated on the shop floor. If they are brought to the venue they will have to be left downstairs at the owner’s risk.
Can I bring people from more than one household
Yes unless there are restriction put in place at the time of the event
Can I exchange my tickets
If there is still availability (we are not sold out) please get in touch with Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com it may be possible to exchange your tickets provided there is at least 48 hours before your allocated time slot. If we have sold out then unfortunately exchanges are no longer possible.
Can I get a free ticket for a carer
This year we are offering a concession rate for a carer for someone with a disability. To receive this discounted ticket please email our Head of Events Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com
