Can I book over the phone

You can book over the phone by calling Ticketsource directly on 0300 666 4466 but there may be an additional booking fee

Do you have customer toilets

Unfortunately there are no customer toilets. There are however public toilets in Bell Court located next to the Everyman Cinema

Can I exchange my tickets

If there is still availability (we are not sold out) please get in touch  with Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com it may be possible to exchange your tickets provided there is at least 48 hours before your allocated time slot. If we have sold out then unfortunately exchanges are no longer possible.

Are tickets refundable

If for any reason the event is unable to go ahead refunds would be issued automatically and there will be no need to contact us as it is an automatic process.

If this event can go ahead tickets will not be refundable UNLESS Refund Protection is purchased at the time of booking. Please note this cannot be added onto a booking after the event so please do take care to add it during the checkout process.
