Please note Sam will be emailing a number of people for each slot so they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If 3 hours have passed after her initial email and you haven’t heard anything then you have not been successful on this occasion as others will have replied before you but will be offered another suitable slot if one becomes available.

Sam will try to match people with slots as best as she can so if you are limited in your availability it may take longer to be offered something. 

Cancellations are not guaranteed and therefore if you don’t hear from Sam please don’t be offended
