Think you’re not scared of ghosts? Prove it. This Halloween, something’s wrong at Magic Alley. The ghosts of Halloween past are back… and they’re not staying silent. From flickering lights to phantom footsteps, every room hides a story and every ghost wants to be heard. Are you brave enough to walk through the haunted hallows? Will you be the one who makes it to the end without looking over your shoulder?

Don’t worry though this isn’t the terrifying event. Possession is full of spooky surprises, mysterious moments, and ghostly goings-on… without the need to sleep with the lights on! Perfect for curious minds, brave kids aged 9+ and adults who love a little Halloween magic without the full fright night experience.

Sound and lighting effects are used but this is not a scare attraction so no one will jump out at you but there may be a performer in the attraction especially over the half term holiday. It May not be suitable for photo sensitive epilepsy sufferers or those sensitive to coloured lights and surprise sound effects

Perfect for brave souls aged 9 and up but parental discretion admits children from 7 if they love all things Halloween. This event is also suitable for older children including teens and adults.

Children under 7 will not be permitted entry and tickets purchased for younger children are not refundable. It is not possible to bring babies or dogs to this event as part of our safeguarding policy.

The experience lasts approximately an hour to an hour and a half

Small group entry – please get in touch via email on magicalleystratford@gmail.com if you want to bring more than 6 people and we will see what we can do but the group will have to be split and entry staggered. The event is much more immersive if there are fewer than 6 in the group.

 

Possession: After Dark

When the lights go out, the ghosts come out to play…

This Halloween, Magic Alley opens its doors after dark for an experience like no other. Step inside a world where the air hums with whispers, shadows move of their own accord, and the ghosts of Halloween past refuse to rest.

Choose your torment wisely:

Teen Edition (14+) – 6:30pm to 7:15pm
Think you’re brave enough? Step into the shadows and test your courage in a scare event designed for teens who crave a thrill. Expect jump scares, eerie encounters and plenty of “I swear something just touched me” moments — not for the faint-hearted!

Adults Only (18+) – From 7:30pm
When night truly falls, the haunting deepens. The Adult After Dark experience is not for the easily shaken. Ghosts don’t just haunt these halls — they hunt them. Expect screams, laughter, and a drink to steady your nerves (cocktail or mocktail included).
