Please note if Sam offers you a slot and you turn it down you will then move to the end of the list – we understand people have preferences for times but we have so few cancellations we want a policy as fair as possible. Sam will also give a deadline to reply and if that time passes will offer the slot to someone else.

Sam will try to match people with slots as best as she can so if you are limited in your availability it may take longer to be offered something.

Cancellations are not guaranteed and therefore if you don’t hear from Sam please don’t be offended
